being pedantic here Hayd...As Wynder was British it's not surprising this came out on British...?

It did also come out on US on Utd Artists.

But to flip this round - his instr. version of Jackie Edwards' I Feel So Bad - came out on US 45 - but did not come out in UK 45(was only on Sunshine Superfrog LP)!
    Hmm good point there Si!

It was more a 'grab a load of 7"s and post them up to keep the thread going' type post than a considered list of rare things, or I wouldn't have put things like Shack Up and a lot of the others in either I suppose.

Mind you Johnny Dankworth, The Quik, Apostolic Intervention + many other British acts have been mentioned on the thread, so I thought it was worth bunging it up there.

Didn't know that about the 'Feels So Bad' BTW.

That's an interesting one. It also came out on Pama Supreme, and I think I saw it on yet another label with a picture sleeve (so probably Euro rather than UK) yesterday. (Oh, and there was a Plimsoll Sandwich for twenty quid in the same shop Hayd&#33.

Can anyone tell me the name and title of the male vocal version of this please?

In a shoddy attempt to keep this thread running, I've had a quick butchers through some of my singles.

Marsha Hunt - Hot Rod Poppa (Track)
    Johnny Otis - Jaws (Ember)
Bobby Patterson & The Mustangs - Broadway Ain't Funky No More (Pama) Every copy I've had of this jumps at a certain place. Must be a pressing fault?

Hi Chris, glad LP was OK for you - finally got the 'Yesterday's folks' track on 45 another to stike off the list.
Sure, I dont see him anymore but I used to run a shoddy record shop (that eventually evolved into Store) and DJ regularly with Mark. Top nice guy too but I think I was too much of a Sheffield c**t for him
