my mate is talkin to christine at the mo over properly licensing the LP , she dont know about this issue, you can just mcps stuff i think without telling the artist esp if she or he is obscure and not in there data base, but that doesnt mean its bona fide...according to my mate!!

I gotcha - I'm annoyed at Akarma if that's the case coz they always make a big thing in their literature about doing everthing by the book etc

I suspect they've licensed it from Sanctuary who are one of several people who have a deal with the guy whose label Birth was (Mickey Dallon?). Which is I think who RPM also have a deal with. Perhap Doko can confirm this.
