normally it's sleeve first, then vinyl, but try and check first with seller!

an advantage of ordering in this way is doubles and triples can be graded by adding further grades for each additional LP

Sorry for the dumb question guys, but bit of a newbie at this.

When you see a vinyl LP listed in a catalogue as VG/EX or somesuch, is the listing describing the condition of cover/vinyl, or vinyl/cover? That is, in this case - is it the vinyl or the cover that is EX?
