Someone please remind me how to add an avatar that I have saved to my hard drive, thanks

Click on 'Your Control Panel' (top left on this screen), then 'Personal Info, then 'Avatar Options'. The upload option is that the bottom.

Mark, your picture must be no more than
Maximum Width = 120 pixels
Maximum Height = 120 pixels
or it will be rejected as being too big
