Fixing gigs

Is there anybody on this board who has any experience with fixing big gigs?
I'm very new at this and I have been in touch with a band named California Flight Experience. And they really want to play in Oslo, where I live. It's just that I don't know exactly how to proceed..

If you're in Oslo, then you should maybe get the Jazid crew involved - Andre Utvic aka the Local Patron.

I think the website is jazid.com or summat, but you'll probably know that they've been running quality gigs foir some time now. And Andres got the jazid label up and running now too..
