• Scanning lp covers now easy!

Get yourselves a copy of photoshop cs (ahem).

You can now scan parts of the cover in an A4 scanner and the software will now AUTOMATICALLY stitch all the scans together to form one perfect scan.

Its utterly stunning. Works amazingly well. I'm sold.

yes but os9 has a pleasingly retro feel to it - in fact it's 'old school'

I'm dreading going over to OSX full-time... in 9.2 my hands are like 'lightning' but in OSX my hands are like 'amputated'... it takes me forever to do the easiest of tasks.

You'll get used to it. Though it forces you to use the incredibly crap looking 'dock' to switch between apps instead of doing it OS9 style in the top right of the screen... But you can get a shareware thing to get that back.

Serms, my Photoshop CS doesn't start up anymore - any idea why? probably forgot to set the clock fwd when i installed the cracked copy etc...

You are joking!

Greg is the City Of Ely's top man!

He was lucky 13th seed in the Bupa Care Homes Open this year. I watched him on TV beating David Gourlay in the final whilst I was at the Southport Weekender.

Magic bowls!

The Cambridge Evening News reported that at the end of the first set.....

"He was awesome," admitted Gourlay. "That's the best anyone's ever played against me. I could have ended it after five ends."

When the set was finally over, Gourlay turned to Harlow and said:

"I'm glad that's over." Harlow replied: "I'm glad it's over as well."

Charisma & looks eh?

the CEN goes on:

"Harlow had peppered the jack with a display of such accurate drawing power that Gourlay ought to have had a sneezing fit as his rival swept into a 6-0 lead at four ends"

OOOOFFF!

Greg is to local Bowls what Mervyn King is to Darts - apart from Greg isn't a cheating underhand bastard. The Oche's too short? Air conditioning too cold? My arse! Even though King plays for Newmarket Snooker Centre I still supported Fordham in the final.
He also contributed songs for the Jim Henson movie vehicle 'Muppets From Space'.

hey sermad,
how does it do it automatically?
let a ninja know.

I still believe that a nice flat mount will do the job ever so nicely--and it's faster if you're doing a bunch of LPs at a time--say for a book. I don't have a flat mount though

<<<I'm with that icon.

I can't believe we just got called a nerd on a record collector forum, based on a topic other than record collecting. Is this some kind of a record?!!
