  • Radioshow tonight with Lord Brewster

Tonight, plez to be tuning into the Far Side radio show as hosted by Billiam Brewster and featuring a guest slot by yours truly from between the hours of 8 til 10pm.

It's a funky rock special and I've got a few newbie nice bits to unleash. As well as some of the more classic funky rock we know and love.

Check back here when you've got your wig, leather troos, air guitar, air drums and a litre bottle of JD at the ready.

The show is archived so whence it is done, some CD burnage could be in order.

          Chicken grease? Nay, Bacon Fat!

So last night was much fun - made more exciting with Bill wearing fluoride pink trunks, flippers and a snorkel and me sporting a polythene thong and arm bands.

Here's the tracklisting amidst the shenanigans.

                FIRST HALF - Bill Brewster

Steely Dan - Do It Again
                Blondie - Rapture (Michael's edit)
                Steve Winwood - Penultimate Zone
Rockin' Horse- Love Do Me Right
Taj Mahal - Why... And We Repeat Why.. And We...
                John Martyn - Big Muff
Kazimierz Lux/Jan Akkerman - Guardian Angel
                The Advancement - Moorish Mood
Hawkwind - The Aubergine That Ate Rangoon

                SECOND HALF - Greg Belson

                Rustix - Hard To Handle
A Group Called Smith - I Just Wanna Make Love To You
Zoo - If You Lose Your Woman
The Glass Bottle - Red River Sal
Cold Blood - No Way Home
Sod - Too Loose To Get Tight (pt. one and two)
Howl The Good - Harder Doing Nothing
Johnny Jenkins - Walk On Gilded Splinters
Bacon Fat - Smalls On 53rd
                Ellen McIlwaine - Higher Ground
                4th Cekcion - Betsy Lee
                Hammer - Tuane
Chicago - Happy Cause I'm Coming Home
                Freedom - Toe Grabber
