    did anyone else put themselfs through the eurovision song contest ?

    GB did'nt get one single vote !!! ( in the words of terry wogen
    "it's a case of post iraq syndrome" )

    anyway it was brilliant, wogen was on top form with the one liners and the totty , spain got my vote

        I can't believe you spent your whole evening watching the Eurovision contest !!
        The only sure and foreseeable attribute of human affairs is their unforseeability; hence the trivialility of all the attempts in order to reduce the human action to a single reason, even interest.

          Apparently the Spanish singer was runner up in their version of pop idol, kind of makes you hate the likes of Gareth Gates & co. just alittle more than before doesn't it (if thats possible)
          !

          Dunno about Wogans 'post iraq' theory though, might have had a bit more to do with the crap song methinks. Maybe the UK should pull out of Eurovision & we could have a transatlantic song contest instaead
