  • Mixcloud vs Soundcloud - Deathmatch

I wish to share some of my mixes with the world. What platform should I use. Could even be something else.

To complicate matters they are not single files so might need editing unless any of them accept multipart files.

Also I already have followers on Mixcloud which obviusly makes me more inclined to use that.

    Thanks

You get limited time on soundcloud and it copyright checks your mix, I would go with mixcloud, soundcloud is more geared towards bands etc putting out their own stuff

I have about a dozen accounts with each - I keep running out of space. It's a right mess. But, I prefer SC because of the download option.

I can never remember the name of the website but I've about 10 mixes on my phone from hereabouts as a result.

I'd Use Mixcloud. Is there not any way you can join the files using software?

Lots of people just put direct download links in the details section of each mix.

I wasn't asking for details though it was poorly worded. I have it bookmarked at home and use it regularly but can't remember the name. I was providing this poor quality info as a "help" for those unable to download from mixcloud.
