                I like the singles but rarely listen to the album. It just gets a bit much.

                Great in small doses, like the Swell Maps!

                  The Desperate Bicycles LP is quite a bit different to the singles though.
                  I like the singles (wish I had them all), but if I had to choose between them I'd probably pick the album.
                  The two proper Swell Maps LPs (+ 'Collision Time') are solid all the way thru if you ask me.
                  'Whatever Happens Next...' on the other hand is too much for one sitting.
