Yeh, I'll probably be up for this. We should all get organised for a mass VV "flock" (or is it "gaggle" - what is the collective noun for a vulture ?) to this.

Even had a work colleague raving about the last one!

Me and the missus were thinking about going, we were gonna go to glastonbury with some freinds but we suggested trying the big chill instead.
Obviously with Glasto you have something for everyone (music wise), can i find out the line up before tickets go on sale? I'd like to check to see if it's freindly for thestrange beast that aren't obbsessed musicly? (will my freinds know any bands???)

Also anyone know what it's like for kids?

It's great for kids. We will have a little 'un in tow this year, when it eventually arrives, and our friends with kids were very happy with previous years. There are creches and all sorts of fun-sized activities. You can always give them an E and nip out for a pint. (Actually, don't tell social services that one, I don't think it's on their recommended guidelines...)

Hmmm, is that "official" or just submitted/suggested. There seems to be some very questionable definitions there..

Perhaps a "Vinyl Vulture" should be a different noun anyway...a BRILLO of VV's perhaps ???

does it sell out? It's on my list of things i want to do this summer along with glasto (fingers crossed for tix), the wickerman fessie, knockengorroch, 3 weeks inter-railing (my missus has no idea I think it's gonna be one long dig round Europe! I'll have to mail all my finds home though, I aint carrying more than I need), a long weekend in Scunny (don't ask) and 4 weddings. So I don't want to have to commit early to buying tickets
