Mark-Almond Band maybe? Underrated in my book and thus certainly easy to find for little money. Much of it is quite mellow, but so is Air to my memory."Only one thought left, that makes me come alive,
and that is you and me side by side, on the licorice ride"

Just had - 'Warm dust - piece for our times' on this morning, pretty sure this would fit the bill, go for a US press on UNI should be cheaper."Hangin' out with you two is like partying with Fugazi"

Does this do anything for you?
Originally released in France as Volkor, then in Canada a couple of years as Lockwood also reissued in Japan. There's a screwy bass line on one of these tracks should be able to pick one up for under £20.

Everyone tear down your own little wall
That keeps you from being a part of it all
Because you've got to be one with the one and all
You've just got to be close to it all
