If, like me,there is anyone here who likes Trouble Books you might be interested to hear about something new from them via MIE in the UK. If you like the sound of someone winding a grandfather clock while the piano tuner gets to work in the next room it could be for you. 100 copies only on clear vinyl. Henry will have 50 for sale. I find Trouble Books help me relax after a hard day at the foot of our stairs- maybe they could do the same for you.

RCA/Schema to reissue "Style" by Gianni Oddi. CD any moment now (Dusty Groove say there is some delay), with vinyl to follow at month's end.
Very nice 70's Italian library. Only one track, "Pie in the face" (=trans?), is a complete throwaway. One other weakish track (the keyboard sound annoys me). The other tracks are at least very good, and in some cases ("Popoff", "Notte A Bagdad") top tier.
I expect that this will free up the odd OG - good news for those who crave such things.

For the Elevators completists....anyone got any inside info on this? I mean what is the sound like?
http://www.internationalartistsrecor...tion_lost.htmlEveryone tear down your own little wall
That keeps you from being a part of it all
Because you've got to be one with the one and all
You've just got to be close to it all

A daft chirruping ditty with hints of swirling fuzz and manic keyboard psych, but I do love the band name. The Rhubarb Triangle, predictably enough from the Wakefield area:
