OK, so I reckon we work to the following timings:-

Wednesday 10 December at 5pm - Deadline to sign up
Friday 12 December at 5pm - Deadline line to PM me the following information:-

* your name and address
* your preferred giving format / genre
* your preferred receiving format / genre

Then I will pair people up and PM you with details over the weekend, which hopefully will give people enough time to gather up some records and get to the post office before Christmas...

The only change from last year would be to ask people to be more specific about the sort of stuff they would like to give (it will make pairing you up easier and avoid any disappointment). And remember this isnt an excuse to get rid of all the crap you having been meaning to off to the charity shop. I think the spirit of the thing is to give the sort of thing you would like to receive and to put a smile on people's face...
