Thought the VG+ crowd might enjoy this - there are around 20 million tracks on Spotify, of which around 4 million have never been played.

Someone's hooked this up to randomly play one of the unplayed ones. Of course, once you listen to it, it won't come back up again, because it's no longer unplayed.

So far I've had mostly classical, but with some odd Swedish (?) electronica, too.

A bit of Bartok, then some sub Richard Clayerman, and then some bad Latin.... but then some early Duke Ellington. I felt rather good being the first person in Spotifydom to listen to Crosstown from 1946.

I got some classical followed by some percussive jazz/classical thing by the 'new chamber ensemble' then some bizarre French avant garde by 'Xavier Garcia' from his 2003 'Radiorama' album, not so easy listening. Was thankful therefor the next selection was Dinah Washington's version of 'God Bless the Child' from her 'I Wanna be Loved' album from 1962.
