Apologies, I wasn't putting Bowie forward as a Summer song, just trying to point out the melodic similarities between the two songs. Here's an awful wedge of cheese that used to have us rocking at Colchester outdoor pool which is now a canoeing centre but is still in Europe.

Hey BC - just played "summerdays" out this evening - but as it is a normal English "summer" was contemplating putting my jacket back on as it was so chilly
