Question about Chaquito - "The Name of the Game"

I've tried to find out what LP chaquito lp "the name of the game" is on, but haven't had any luck. Was it featured on any of the LP's, or on a 45? And what label, year and catalogue # was it? Would appreciate it if anyone could help me out.

I think it's on 'TV Thriller Themes' on Philips - it's the one I haven't got, anyway!
