right, i'm coming back to the uk next week for a few days- just enough time to pop down to the butchers that will knock up sausages on request..
so, any recipe recommendations?? their venison and boar ones are both superb, and they stock a range of other meats to try (ostrich etc).. goes without saying that i'll be picking up some lincolnshires (i'm from lincoln), and i'm not crazy about the cumberland variety.. no tomatoes in there either, please..
