Steve Davis came into the shop I worked in way back about 2000. I though - here we go .... knowing he was a big record buyer. He went round the whole shop .... through everything.
Right by the door on the floor was a £1 box - and he found a 12" in there. That was all he bought. Can't remember what it was - soul or disco I think.
