Postage is $19.99

There is also a minimum order charge of $36.75

Anyone any idea what this is? Don't think I've seen it before.

Apparently to waive it I have to buy more from this seller??

This charge was added by EBay. The seller was unable to remove it so he cancelled the order. Listed it as a Buy it Now at the price I bid and sold it to me without using Ebay's Global Shipping bollocks! Everyone happy!!
