We've probably all come across a rare or at least desperately desirable LP in a boot sale or charity shop only to look inside (or worse still get home and look inside) only to discover the sleeve contains a Harry Secombe record.
In fact for me it's always a Harry Secombe record. I wonder if it's part of some kind of religious recruitment exercise.
Anyway, as usual I digress.
What I was wondering - has it ever happened the other way around?
To be fair I'm not expecting you're looking inside Harry Secombe records to check you've got the right LP, but have you ever pulled a record and had the joy of finding a much better record inside?
I'd like to know.
