Does anyone know if an lp reissue was made of this in the last few years don't want to pay £200 + for the 7"

In a word - YES! Harkit re-issued it, with the wrong tracklisting, and a bonus track, the Chris Parmenter Orchestra version - uncredited...

Shoddy, but necessary for mere mortals...

truth be told the original shouldn't set you back 200+ nowadays.........peaked a few years ago then came the harkit reish and subsequently og now goes for around the tonne mark............still not cheap though by any means.......
great looking little ep though quite apart from the music.......

actually i think it was mainly due to trunk writing an article about it in record collector magazine and valueing it at 200 or 300 that made many dealers up their price...........

If you're set on vinyl, I don't think this'll help, but if you're after a good copy of the music this might be of interest...

The seller's good (had a few bits off them in the past) and the cash raised through these auctions goes to support Jazz in Poland, so consciences can be clear...

They do get original LPs sometimes, too, so keep checking back. You never know...

Cds that jump! For some reason this amuses me no end...

should've said I don't have this, but have got others in their complete komeda set and those have been fine...

also had the 4xLP Polijazz Komeda comp off this seller a year or so back for a very reasonable sun (can't remember if it was £15 or £20). Very nice.

Still looking for a vinyl 'Astigmatic' to go with them...

Oh, it's dodgy is it? Damn - somebody should tell the well-known shop in London where I got mine then!

the fearless vampire killers one is ACE. i'd recommend all the soundtrack ones in the series. also the power bros cd, and the 'volcano' jap issue of Le Depart.

well said wayne.. the poljazz four lps (originally on muza) are a really, really good place to start for Komedaheads. not least for 'magic lantern'

PLUS the urbaniak tribute LP is top choice feat. great sleeve notes by Don Cherry.

                      FULL CIRCLE.
