    Trader Horne's a pretty nice LP - the US pressings are a lot cheaper....
    We know when a mate buys it for you too.

      cool.......i think i've got a trade on a uk copy......
      it's the judy dyble connection that's got my interest up.
      i've always loved the first fairport mainly 'cause of her vocals really......

          If you dont already own it, you should get 'Giles, Giles & Fripp: The Brondesbury Tapeson 1968' CD or the earlier Tenth Planet released 'Metaphormosis' on vinyl Has some tracks with judy singing alongside the about to become King Crimson... post fairport and pre trader horne.

          To my ears it's all very interesting and enjoyable too.

              I know that this is an old thread but I highly recommend Trader Horne's Morning Way lp if you haven't heard it before.As stated above,the U.S. copies can be had for fairly cheap, $30-$50(In my opinion,it sounds just as good as the U.K. press on the Dawn label but without the $200+ price that this record commands.)The trick is finding a U.K. press with the elusive insert.It took me 5 years to finally find one.

                I have the Trader Horne on Cd and like it quite a bit especially Children Of Oare. Have you seen this great clip of Judy with Fairport;
