Frank's statue is just a wonderful thing apparently there is a bad one of Bonn Scott in Scotland if they've kept it up alongside a feature of some of the worst! :

I don't know about a statue in Prague but they made a bronze bust of his head in Lithuania in the town his ancestors hailed from I think. I might be wrong but they may have a built a Zappa museum there or something. It was quite a big expense they are very proud I guess.
EDIT: Seems I was completely wrong for a change he hasn't got Lithuanian family connections (Russian I think?) but they did indeed build a head as they revere him and then built another for his home town of Baltimore. Saying that if anyone deserves a statue in his home town it's him, they should build the body now they have a head. :
Just recalled I'd seen this in the past, during my last trip to Poland - statue of Polish beatprogjazzfusion legend Niemen in a town in which he used to reside, Świebodzin ... intriguingly triva fans, Świebodzin is perhaps most famous for a massive statue of Jesus which is something of a pilgrimage hot-spot and emulates the iconic Brazilian one ...
