This sounds like 21st Century Music in NJ. He always has an amazingly pant-wetting list of disco, none of which ever seems to be in stock.

I've found Anglo American are like that too. Loads of great stuff on the database but so much of it is out of stock. And if it's in it's pricier than on the database.

They didn't have Bootleggin' for £3.50 for a start...

they just never update their online site. at one stage about 4 years ago a lot of it was in stock, at the prices quoted. i got a big stack of quality funk 45s from them for an average of about a fiver for really tough-to-find stuff, then they got a new bloke in who knew his prices (or rather, wildly overpriced the shop stock) so bargains no more. still IMO the best specialist 45s shop in the UK with the friendliest staff...

<span =''>To be fair I have had few bargains off them but I think I found the site about six months too late. And a few of the prices I've been charged have been ridiculous (but then, I should have done my research...). What's the best way to deal with them, send a wants list?
