Svensk toppen / norsk toppen

This goes primarly out to scandinavians (and all of those with any knowledge on these titles):
Are there anything worthwile at all in these series? I've been checking out alot of them, and it's all been crap. No breaks? No cool songs?
(To all of you non scandinavians; svensk toppen and norsk toppen were the scandinavian equivalent to top of the pops and the likes, just with no international hits at all).
