i was alerted to this track, 'alfred the king of disco' by someone selling a box set of organ music of the bay, 'killer funk' got mentioned in the description, looking at the picture of the box set, i thought to myself, i'm sure i've got that box set, so i frantically looked for it and found it, put the needle down on alfred... and yeah it is a great track, slow moog funk maybe, killer funk is maybe a bit over the top, but hey we come to expect that with ebay descriptions, it's probably still on the bay, just search for dick hyman, also i wouldn't pay the £15 asking price for it, more like the £1 i payed for mine.

I picked up a Dick Hyman LP the other week called "Happening" but it's waaay earlier than that 1967 / 68 so I don't reckon it'll be on it.
