No, not at all. I have been waiting some time for this lp to come up... I guess it's quite rare.

^ Had a look on RYM to see what that Kosmos is, and couldn't find that particular artist(s.) Can you tell me something about it?

I haven't seen that lp before but it looks like the contemporary Finnish prog outfit:

Yes - this is one more "self-made" lp of Kosmos (one copy for trade)

I see one of them has a cover of Mickey's Monkey as it's flip - what that like? Lovely finds - sort of thing that keeps you looking!!

                        • Junkshop cheapies / charity shop gleanings.

The Groundhogs - Who Will Save The World? Lovely fold out gatefold cover, I only know "Thank Christ For The Bomb" so looking forward to getting my teeth into this one.
Don Ellis - Live In Montreux. Complex big band arrangements, exciting album. Looks like his albums are cheap as cheaps, I'll have to dig out more.
Byron Lee - Reggae Round The World. Reggae version of Popcorn!
Andy Griffith - This Here. Charity shop bag, along with Adam Ant 'Strip' and Bee Gees 'High Civilization'.

                          Boot buys:

Ray Charles - Modern Sounds In Country and Western. Upgrade from my skippy disc.
Jimmy Smith - Hobo Flats. Not an inspired cover. But Oliver Nelson arrangements, so who am I to complain.
Freda Payne - Band Of Gold
Baron Rojo - Larga Vida Al Rock And Roll. Punt, based on tiny red baron in Space Invaders land cover. This is Spanish heavy metal from 1981. Brilliant, because it lets me enjoy epic metal riffage without being pestered by moronic metal lyrics (i don't understand Spanish). Win!

Incredible String Band - Hangman's Beautiful Daughter. Beat up OG for 50p. Maybe the sleeve will come in handy one day. This record continues to rank higher and higher in my affections.
Suzanne Vega - S/T. Umpteenth time I've had this. Maybe I should just hang on to it.
The Flaming Mussolinis - Watching The Film. Great band name, yet to be convinced by the music.
                          This Mortal Coil - S/T. 4AD supergroup.

                          Also pleased to find:

Chico Hamilton - Sweet Smell Of Success EP.

Hahaha I did exactly the same thing. I think it's a thing with diggers and weird covers.

                            • Charity shop finds today

Just heard Middle Of The Night for the first time on a mix 2 days ago and i then i pull the Lalo Schifrin in my lunch hour. Sweet

The Klaus Wunderlichs were in a batch of 6 in one charity shop. Only took the clean ones but they are a bit naff apart from the intro of one track - Na Na Hey Hey. Is there any particular ones to look for as he released a ridiculous amount of albums.

Couldn't resisit these 2 cheapies. Captain Birdseye is gatefold with 8 page booklet!
