  • I minted up a copy of this: http://www.discogs.com/Eternal-Wind-...elease/2676391 This one is not in the greatest condition but it plays through fine, am crap with grading probably vg. World fusion from 86 loads of ethnic percussion and odd time signatures. They did 3 albums and I think they are all great. If you are into jazz mixed with ethnic sounds could be up your street don't expect any floor fillers though.

This is from the follow up album but gives you an idea of what to expect:

          • Okay, I have a copy of Gene Clark and Carla Olson's LP "So Rebellious A Lover" up for grabs. Free to a good home for the price of a PM. Features the magnificent "Gypsy Rider" which blew minds in Hugh's country chart a while back. Holla at me.

So paying back, anybody want this Spanish beat lp, vinyl in a lot better condition than the cover. Blues Magoos cover innit, and a few other bits amongst the cheese.

Before I carboot this, anyone fancy it? As I said, Blues Magoos covers and some other bits.

Hi Ian, what a buzz to find you on youtube. My mate bert & I got pissed with you 25 years ago at Pontins in Torbay.
We bought your tape and have enjoyed your music for many years.
Keep up the good work, great to hear you are now expanding to the cruise ships.
Bert & I only got texting each other after many years when we both heard Jet Harris had died & remembered you playing so many shadows hits for us & a great night. Thanks from your Scots fans

                        • Not vinyl but perjhaps appropriate to re-home here, I have a bunch of VG+/Waxidermy swap CDs which realistically I won't be playing again so I'd like to rehome them. Probably over a dozen with possibly another dozen liable to get the heave ho so room to accomadate a few enthusiasts.

And I do feel slightly bad but I've hundreds of them and some are clearly wasting space in my possesion so I think getting them to a fresh pair of ears is the best way to respect the compilers effort.

It's hard to sumarise and even more fragmented than here. Though I have not been there all year. I'll earmark some of those for you and bring them when I come over to Berlin in September.

Does anyone want my copy of this?

                                http://www.amazon.com/Tropical-Truth.../dp/0306812819

It does not come recommended because it's long-winded, self-absorbed and poorly translated. One for the enthusiasts.

I read it ahead of Caetano's London gig a few weeks ago in the hope that I'd know what he was talking about when he and Gilberto addressed the audience between songs. Alas, they only spoke in Portuguese. Great gig though.
